I was able to purchase some fabric sample books for next to nothing as well. I have been making mine into table runners for gifts. I love the idea of your wall hanging! Kudos!

    Simply beautiful!
A dog is not "almost human" and I know of no greater insult to the canine race than to describe it as such.

If you have scraps, those would make a beautiful crazy quilt to compliment the wall hanging.

Someone donated a large fabric sample book to our center....dozens of cut practical purses have resulted....one piece for a little ome and corresponding for large totes...lining using the samples also...great fun...you have the whole book ...we had to share..but there are so many ideas just turning the"pages"

I can see why you rescued these from the store. They are just beautiful silk... and for just six dollars! Wow.
