LOL The baby was in a stroller, the 4 year old pushed him while I carried the ironing board three blocks to get to the bus stop. Thank goodness the bus driver was a very helpful man!! You wouldn't see many young moms doing that these days. Still have that board and it is great!!

I have the ironing board my grandpa made for my grandma when they first got married- 80 years ago. It has the same metal frame as yours, with a heavy plywood top. It's heavy and bulky to move around, but really stable and I will never give it up.
