Very cool....the simple pattern and quilting let the fabric shine...very inspiring. Uh Oh...beginning to feel the urge to start tie-dying again. Last time I did it I was about 15...I dyed my sheets and pillowcases, t-shirts anything I could get my hands on....my mother was horrified....almost as much as when I insisted my room be painted sunshine yellow and I found an Indian blanket to cover my bed. Poor woman had to wait about 7 years before she got a "girly girl" in my baby sister!

I love black for really setting off bright colors. Great choice. For such a simple pattern, it turned out beautiful. Might have to consider this for my tie-dye loving kids.

Thanks everyone! I've been dyeing fabric for years (even when it wasn't cool) tie dye is back...bell bottoms (I remember when Mick Jagger wore them) and hip huggers... I wish I'd kept some of my cool clothes, but there wouldn't be a prayer of getting into them!
