Your explosion of colors is GREAT!!! That's my kind of quilt. Colorful!!! I think a small black border to set it off followed by a wild multicolored print border would be perfect!! Super job!!! :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:

chele, what great colors. aren't batiks wonderful. the black border really sets it off.
i don't think it is too wild. i love it.

"My batiks barfed!" Honestly, I'm still laughing while I'm typing this! I think your colors are OUTstanding. I also love what the black fabric does. You keep going, girl! If you don't like the quilt, you can always send it to ME! :wink:

I didn't know there was any such concept as "too bright"! The brighter the better in my book. I think it looks good. And I agree with some of the others...I like the black framing around the outside. Did you try putting the black as and inside border? That might look nice too. Good job.
