    Dragon flies have two wings on each side more to the top of the body and quite long. These are butterflies. And such pretty butterflies

    Gorgeous! My suggestions are to echo stitch around the bugs and if your machine has special stitches, perhaps one of the curvy ones in a line down the middle of all the sashings and maybe twice along the purple border. No matter what you do, it will stil be lovely!

    Very cute quilt. I'd just do some echo quilting around the appliques and some free form leaves and vines up the sashing. My motto is KISS (Keep it simple Susan!)

    I would echo around each shape...about 1/4" from each other, out to the edges of the block. Or you could use the echos to show movement of the dragonflies.
