Im sorry ~ Im thinking of using the twister tool then the 5" squares appear as a pinwheel design.

Don't forget if you twist them, the quilt will be smaller so you'll need to decide how you want it. You would also want to add a border. Are the blocks large enough to twist? I used 4.5" blocks and made a 3.5" tool for this one.

I just love all of them! I think the twist and turn quilts are great but I would not twist that quilt. The fabrics are so pretty and I love the simplicity of it all! Thanks so much for sharing with all of us!

All great, really want to see the black, white, and red quilted. I don't understand how you twist the squares after piecing. Can someone explain?

I would Twist. I love the twister. I just got some 5" squares in, in Spring/Summer colors. I will be cutting them down to 4" and use a 2 1/2" twiter to make a wreath for my front door. I guess I like movement, and I think these fabrics would make a wonderful twister.
