    Here is a sample of what I made with scrap fabric. Hope it helps get you stared!

    Sorry they are hung on other work and makes them harder to see but the idea is there.

    Very very nice..and ??? Are those your peafowl out the window? I used to have several..dif colors , etc.. I surely miss them..they are such sweet birds!!!!

    Thank you for liking the bags. I've made soooo many of these. It is a 10 year old Simplicity pattern so probalbly not available any more. if you make totes, it is a simple bag w/ box corners, a 2.5" wide patchwork strip across the top edge, quilted and finished with a lining. I can make one in about 4 hours.

    The peacocks are a family of 6 wild birds that have entertained us for years. They hang out with the wild turkeys and roost in the tree tops right over the house. I love them!

    I will post a picture of the flying geese quilt in "Pictures"
