This is a drawing made with a micron pen on fabric. The technique is called zentangle or zendoodle. Does anybody else "ZEN" ?

I have been zentangling for a while. Who'd have thought you could make a saleable product out of something I have done for years and years!

Love to Zen, My daughter has not picked up a pencil since her art teacher died. I started to get her going now we both are tangled up in it. Im so glad she is doing something creative again.

yes, i have been 'zen-tangling' for a long time now! really started long before it received a name...and notoriety. sometimes when i'm having problems getting (organized or motivated) if i set down with some zentangle tiles and get to drawing it...free's my mind-allows me to re-focus and motivates me. also, when trying to figure out new quilting possibilities i have learned alot about lines, illusions, relationships between different designs...lots...
very liberating...
yours are lovely! have you made a zen-doodle quilt yet? i've incorporated a few into a couple projects but have not stacked up enough to make a quilt yet...i have been doing 3 1/2" ones for awhile now...and may figure out a way to make them into my 'ZENTANGLE PATH QUILT'
i may get a picture or two here later

I love to Zentangle, never thought to put it one fabric. That will be my next project.
