    My son sure wasn't happy about my trade because he had a friend that was willing to buy the mower,but I felt good about what I did. First come,first served.She couldn't buy one,so I did her a good deed and we were both happy.

    I must admit that I have a great husband.He just goes along with just about everything that I want to do. Just approach him real careful and slow and check his pulse and blood pressure,then go for it!!

    How awesome for both of you! I can imagine feeling like a kid at Christmas looking at all that fabric. With all the hard times lately, I've noticed that bartering has come back in a big way. The bonus to it is that it keeps us connected to people. How nice to be able to do it in a way that you both benefited without her being embarassed. If everyone tried to live by the Golden Rule, this would be a much better world. You are a gift to the world, thank-you.
