    Train Quilt

The train quilt is for a friend of ours who is going through treatments for cancer. He runs a mail order model railroad business so I thought that this fabric was perfect for him. It is a QAYG. No pattern I just went off the fabric train squares.Name: Joe's Quilt 3.jpg

You did a great job and the track fabric makes the perfect sashing! Do you remember who made the train fabric? I have a 61 YO 'boy' who still plays with trains, if he's extra good maybe I could make something similar for him

It is perfect. He will love it! It is so true when you go thru chemo that you are often very cold. This will keep him warm. Best of luck with the treatments.

I'm also interested in knowing the source of the fabric. It's fabulous. But you did a beautiful job in choosing the background squares and assembling it, too.

It's fantastic and I have no doubt your friend will see it as a labor of love.
Being skinny isn't easy, so I gave up and opted for being sexy instead. (aunty acid)
