    Oh, what a beautiful treasure and remembrance of your Grandmother. That quilt is so well done.

    Grannies are the best. I really miss mine as she did so many quilts in her little more than 100 years on this earth.

    What a treasure for you and your family. There is a block on Quilters Cache that looks like the block in this quilt. It is called Crown of Thorns 2.

    I think it's great that she added all the different colors into her quilt. It really made it hers even though she had difficulty seeing colors. Great memories!
