Beautiful. Love your fabrics and looking forward to seeing your quilt progress. How large are your tumbler blocks? The reason I ask, I saw a tutorial on Missouri Quilt Co. today where they had made a tumbler template to use with the 5" charms. There was very little waste of the 5" square. Would a tumbler that size be fairly large?

That's the size DH made for me.
It's really only the size of a 5" charm. It measures 5" at one end at 3" at the other.

I had to go on-line to find someone who was making the tumbler template out of plexiglass....wish I had seen your explanation of the template first. Mine is made using a 4" square....and I have a lot of 5" charms that I'm going to have to waste fabric using.

Gorgeous!!! I love tumbler quilts! I made 2 out of 1930's charms and gave them as Christmas presents. They were my favorite quilts I ever made.

I bought my template from Ebay a little over a year ago from Ebay. I use it with charms and have very little waste. I think it is the same size as Lady T's DH made.
