    Turtle

I think I have all 500+ pieces traced and prepped on wonder under. Now I get to play with colors which is always fun. For those who asked I started with a 5 by 7 inch photo, covered it with a piece of plastic and traced the image. Then I enlarged the image on the plastic and made sure all the lines were "closed" before enlarged to the size I wanted...big.

This blows me away. Once you finish, you should publish your pattern. I love turtles but I wouldn't have the patience to do all you just did, let alone pick out the fabrics and then make it. Can't wait to see it finished, so please post. I took the easy route and made Toni Whitney's Sea Turtles here: https://www.quiltingboard.com/pictur...b-t303350.html
