Hi Copycat, Thank you so much! I agree..choosing our own fabrics to reflect our own style is the fun part! as far as batting ..yes I love Hobbs Polydown batting. I love the way it washes up and shows the quilting. The colorful Glitter sky quilt was made using hobbs polydown. The other one ( which you can't see right now...but the quilting is way more...and it was made using 2 layers of batting. Hobbs cotton and a layer of polydown). I layer a lot. But most of the time I really like the poly batting because it "poofs" in all of the right places to show the quilting. But it's still a lowloft batting.

Thanks Feline. Yes, I did design this in EQ when I was just learning. I am now learning adobe products...which are not as user friendly for my technology challenged brain. So I am trying to get Rob to learn so I can just have fun without pulling my hair out.
