Twister for my nephew and his wife

i just finished this one to give to my nephew and his wife, expecting their second child in July. It was kind of a challenge to find some way to use the background fabric, which is white with a black maze, and rainbow colored mice looking for cheese. I think my cat Ike was looking for the mice ....!

I used flannel for the backing, and quilted with a meander/stipple

I love the way you alternated blocks of the background with the rainbow effect. I too made a Twister for my DGD born last July!

I just think that mouse fabric is the cutest thing! It really goes great with your twister colors and the polka dot backing finishes it off nicely! Great job. Thanks for sharing.
The bad news is - time flies.
