This is a quick table runner I put together with the largest Twister ruler. I'm giving it to my husband's secretary tomorrow who is leaving him, we are so sad for him, to take a promotion. I used 8 left over squares from a layer cake and sashing to make it.

Question about these twisters...isn't there a lot of left over fabic when the cuting is done, or is the fabric used elsewher? I can't seem to get this...

Gorgeous, just sumptuous. I've been debating whether to buy the rulers or not, the quilts are really nice and they make wonderful quilts for a kid, pre-teen, young adult etc...

Very nice! I've made one with the Lil' Twister ruler, and it was so fun and easy. I like the look of the big one too.

There is quite a bit left over but, if you have the graduating templates that I bought, you can use that in another quilt, wallhanging, tablerunner....
My templates go from the 13" block down to the 2" block (this one would be used for a miniature or doll quilt). Once you do one, you are hooked!

    I love it!
A dog is not "almost human" and I know of no greater insult to the canine race than to describe it as such.

I like this idea for a wall hanging...I am making a co-worker a wall hanging. I have the fabric...left over from redoing my chairs. Free batting my Mom gave me...but trying to decide what to make was the issue....I have heard this is pretty easy to make. Think I will look into how much the template is.
