Audition your fabric. I think since the hearts on the one side are so close it'll cause you to loose focus on the hearts. The inside border is supposed to give your eyes a place to rest before the outside border. You did a reat job. I love the way at first glance it looks wavy but when you really look at it, its straight lines. Very well done and I'm sure they'll love it. You might want to offer to put a sleeve for hanging on the back after you give it too them. I can see it being a great wall hanging.

just a quick one, first of all, love your design choice, making my son his fiance one very similar quilt. Could you tell me how big your turned out and how much of each fabric was needed? Thanks in advance
