Two more complete!
My projects are not large...but it still seems to take me too long to complete them.
These two haven't been around too long, but I just couldn't get with the program to finish them.
The lap quilt (or wall hanging) is made from a packet of turnovers. The first time I posted it here there was an error that no one pointed out (probably due to the bad photo). It looked odd to me and I eventually looked at it long enough to figure out the problem. This makes the second time I've had make repairs after the borders were already on!
The table topper (Happy Holidays, Atkinson pattern) was frustrating because for the very first time in my experience the fabric was badly cut at the store. To top it off the clerk cut EXACTLY the amount I requested. If I had not purchased more than I needed there would not have been enough. I had intended to fussy cut around the cardinals, but that plan ended. And no, I wasn't driving 120 miles round trip to rectify the problem!
