I made the tops as accurately as I could.
- I did not transfer the applique pattern on fabric. Being a light color background, I put the paper pattern under the fabric and used it as guide to glue the applique pieces - no problem in seeing the pattern lines.
- I printed the applique templates directly on fabric( backed with freezer paper).
- the trapunto is stitched through a paper pattern so it turned out perfect too.
