Make those ugly designs into yoyos. Use the yoyos as flower appliques. Use them as wheels on a vehicle - make fun of the fabric - don't hide it. Show case it. Use it to spell out the word UGLY in several languages- make car trash bags from it. Make a gift for an ex spouse.

How about making the small pin wheels. Or using the colors to make flowers in a vase.

I have seen several of the Ugly fabric challenges and every one came out beautiful.

Wow, just when you thought you'd seen ugly. But I have seen truly amazingly beautiful quilts with this kind of ugly. I have no idea where to start. Cannot wait to see what you create.

I used my 2 yards of ugly fabric to make a beautiful rag wreath combined with other colors

Yup, it is Ugly, but it would work in a scrappy quilt in small pieces with other brights. Hope you get inspired

one of my guilds does this at christ time...you have to make something and then return it at the party...people come up with awesome ideas to hide the UFQ....sewing kits, purses, needle books, one girl did exactly one inch and included it a mug rug...LOL you didn't have to use the whole fQ

Can't tell for sure what the background color is but I would try to match it to some other fabric and cut this up as small as I could to hide it.

Maybe it could be part of a dog bed for the Humane Society? They use a lot of them and don't care about the fabric.
