PS, one of my guild sisters found one tree on her almost entirely quilted project was on its side. She drew in a tree stump, axe, and feet sticking out from under the tree. She named the quilt, "Where's Roger?" (her accident prone DH) Mistakes happen. I'm glad yours is fixable.

I think this is what I would have done too. Cute, fit right in didn't it and no need to take apart the quilt.

I wouldn't touch it.. some people do that, my grandmother always said, god is only perfect... and quilts weren't made to be perfect, just used.

I looked before I read where it was and while I spotted it, I wouldn't have probably if not looking for it. Those things are like toothaches, they keep nagging until you fix it!
