I think I'm jealous. Love the way you claimed your space. Wish I had even half that much room for my quilting.

Love it! I took over the basement, too. Spent years on one end of the dining room table, but no more.

Is that an EZ Quilter framework. Is that a stitch regulatorthat I see?

Love your basement! I too work in our basement - It is too cool for my hubby, so I've claimed the workspace. I have TV, radio, and CD player to keep me company. I absolutely love having all that space for myself. I painted part of it, then my arms gave out (a few years ago) You've inspired me to get going again, and finish painting it. Just this Xmas break, I whipped up some curtains to go over my windows out of some languishing "fabric on hand" that my daughter had passed on to me. They really make it more private at night when I'm down there at night with all the lights on. One thing I mean to do is paint those support poles - I see yours also are like mine- that brownish reddish color. Thanks for sharing - I'm glad I 'm not the only "mole" quilter in the group.

If you could move that table more towards the wall, then you could pad that pipe instead of going around it every time you need to get to the other side.

You did a great job on the area for yourself!! It's bright and cheery! A lot of basements have this same look and you turned yours into a perfect place!
