Finally, I can see some progress. IT'S NOT GOING TO BE A UFO! This is, obviously, laid out diagonally. There are no assembly instructions. All that was included were how many pieces to cut and what size. There are diagrams of the pieces assembled but not with the center embrodery squares. I like instructions that tell you which way to press the seams so I'm figuring that out as I go (time consuming). I can't wait to get to the borders. I have all the embroidery squares done and most of the rest of the pieces cut. Now, if life doesn't keep getting in the way, HA, HA, I can just keep on truckin'.

Jackie-that is just gorgeous!! I love the alternating 9 patch with your blocks and I like the on-point setting. This one is going to be a looker for sure!!

Don't you just hate it when the directions are lousy?
