Valentine table runner

Yes - love the site. I've looked at that tube tutorial several times and each time thought ... I could do that, but last night my thought was ... I'm DOING that! LOL I've put the runner together and am quilting it now. Unfortunately I usually like my projects better BEFORE I quilt them!
I am determined to find a class for FMQ this summer that a friend and I can take together. I know I can learn a lot from tutorials, but having the two of us sit there and learn from someone hanging over our shoulders seems good. Now to find that magical class!

Okay, it's done. The snowman side is super simple. Overall I'm pleased with it. Chickened out on the FMQ and just got near the ditch of the hourglasses.
I think I'd better start working on March!

Your points look sooooo good!! I absolutely LOVE triangle patterns but my points always look so wonky :(
I suppose I just need to try things more slowly LOL maybe I should hand-sew triangles instead of machine-sew

NO, NO, NO!!!!! Geckogirl - look at the tutorial - no triangles to sew. I don't do triangles. This is MAGIC with a sewing machine and a regular ruler. But ... slowing down has really helped me.
