    Valor Quilt

Here is a quilt I made for my son-in-law who retired after 21 years in the Air Force. Just wanted him to know we were proud of him and all he accomplished. Some of the blocks came from our guild BOM drawing for July, so it was a perfect use for them. Sadly I didn't get a good picture of it, but you get the idea. Found the center panel in a local discount fabric shop and it was just perfect!Name: Valor quilt 2.jpg

It is a very, very pretty quilt. And so appropriate for him. Tell him thanks for all he did.

Very pretty; thanks for sharing! I am making a QOV now, and enjoying it, as it is so rewarding to be doing something for one of our servicemen/women.
It does take a lot of blocks, tho!

Thank you all. Wish I could have given it to him myself, but they are across the country from me. Fortunately US Mail got it there safely.
