    Default Vintage quilt

I was asked to give this old quilt a modern look. Two layers of batting, wool and 80/20.

Two layers of batting ....all that intense quilting really squished it down!

Lovely work that certainly complements the quilt and makes it look very modern.

Magnificent job! You managed to blend the modernity with the vintage perfectly.

From studying all the photos posted for the past year, I have become more and more convinced that the quilting is indeed very important to the look of the quilt. This quilt would look good flipped over for a change of pace even, it is that good looking. You professional quilters are indeed superb artists in your own right. I doff my red hat to you all!
