This is the wall hanging that I've sold. Now need to finish. I couldn't figure out which binding to use, so am going to 'pillowcase' it.

Very pretty. I'm a bird freak with quilts, so I especially love your choice of fabrics!!

I dunno, but I would bind it...I'd use a really pretty shade of red to go with the cardinals, but that's just me!

That's nice. I have some cardinal fabric and but not sure how much. I'm going to take it out tonight and see if I can do something like your quilt. Thanks for sharing.

Love the cardinal fabric and I'd also bind it in red to match the cardinals like someone else suggested. :)

Very pretty....I also think a red binding would highlight it beautifully.

I tried matching a red binding on it along with other colors and they all seems to take away from the Cardinals. I may try another shade of red though and make my own. I'll let you all know what I decide. I don't have to have it done until first part of Feb so I have time.

How about using the same fabric for your binding that you used for the outer border?? Then you would have the finished look of binding, but not detract from the cardinals. Just a thought.

I think that is what I am going to try. I like the look of bindings and I have a few weeks to get it done.

Nice, I'm looking for some of that cardinal fabric. Any idea where I can get some?

I got mine at Walmart but know it was at least 5 if not 10 or more years ago. I'd like more of it too, but ....

I like pillow casing, sometimes binding can make something busy just way too busy.
