What does d4p stand for? Are all of the edges bias? Is this a new pattern?

I have been looking at the tutes. I think that it will be ok for you to do a tute as long as you say it is for the arrowhead pattern. Lots of tutors acknowledge where they got the idea from. Please reconsider doing a tute for us. PLEASE
