    I have used sheets for the backing, never thought about a pretty sheet for the front. Great job.

    Well, aren't you clever? Using this sheet was a stroke of genius. It is a lovely lap quilt. I will be looking at the goodwill sheets now...

    Oh I forgot, my avatar is a find in the goodwill store to. A valance from a baby room I bought for $ 2.00.
    Cut out the appliques and some of the fabric plus some of my stash and voila a boys crib quilt !!!!!!
