    wavy quilt

Saw a wavy quilt on the QB a couple of weeks ago & wanted to have a go at making one myself. It's a good way of using stash!!
It was fairly easy using the Creative grids curves for squares 6" x 24" ruler.
Squares can be cut from 5" to 10". Each cut square being 1" less when sewn together.
It's abit like sewing a Drunkards path pattern.
Creative grids video demo's show what can be achieved when using this ruler.

Would really appreciate suggestions for quilting this wavy quilt. Circles in each block has been suggested!!

Wow, that is a neat looking quilt! It looks like it would be difficult to sew.

You could also cut the oversizaed squares, pair off right sides together, and cut that very imperceptible slight wavy line kittycorner... match up the pairs and sew, trim to size...
