    Great bag. Never thought of using faux leather. Did you still use fusible fleece with the faux leather?

    It is the bow tuck pattern that everyone on the board has been making. I bought it on ebay.

    Yes, I made this bag strictly by the directions provided. However, the next time I make it I will make modifications, like attaching the outside pocket earlier in the construction process and using less fusible fleece in the handles.

    I think the pocket will look better if the bottom edge is included in the seam that attches the "leather" bottom to the main part of the bag. IMHO, there is too much fleece in the handles and they are bulky, so I will cut narrower strips of fleece for the handles.
