    A dog is not "almost human" and I know of no greater insult to the canine race than to describe it as such.

    I'm totally impressed that someone relatively new to quilting would even attempt something like this -- and do such a wonderful job, too! You should be very proud of yourself, and I'm sure they LOVE it!
