Now why can't your niece be like we were brought up? Shame on her....I'd have to give you a thank-you hug, every day for the rest our lives and I still wouldn't feel like that was enough! This is a very awesomely beautiful piece of art...love it, thank you, thank you for sharing with us.

This happens alot, I feel fortunate my grandaughter received a quilt for granduation from me and I recieved a thank you note. But...I don't ever get one any other time.

O' has any one ever thought of asking the person if they received your gift, that might prompt a conversation and a thank you. but forgive them if they call it a blanket.
My MIL was appalled when she gave a afghan as a gift at a baby shower, and it was called a blanket,but she did get a tu
