Default Well Folks, This Is What Happens

Yes, this is what happens when I turn on the sewing machine before the computer. ( ha, I bet you were thinking there was a problem)

I told myself I wanted to get something done this week, and I did. Of course this is just the top, but that is still quite a bit of work, as all of you know. It's all batiks and inspired from a picture I saw online. 81 1/2 x 62 inches. I love deep rich colors, don't you?

I did the first two blocks and had to rip one of them out twice. Then I realized the corners are the same thing just turned a bit. So, I employed a different strategy and it is wonderful. While I worked on it, I thought of many names for it, and finally decided to name it “A Different Strategy”.

I have never been extremely crazy about batiks, but this one is beautiful.

    I like it.
Gee, what would happen if you don't turn it on tomorrow too?
