    Well...take 5 missmatched fatquarters

    and a cardboard template, because i don't have this ruler. It looks close enough to Missourie quilt tutorial.

    Looks like you did good. Sometimes we have to make do with what's on hand. I know the rulers can get quite expensive.

    love your table runners! cute fabric. very clever of you to make your own templates. something i should be working on instead of buying the rulers that always seem to get lost and never used.

    Thank you Ladies for all the nice words.
    I had to adjust the template after the first one to get the proportions better, but then it went together really fast.,and I still have enough fabric left to make another one.
    Talk about getting a headstart for next Christmas....
