    I would do the white as an inner border and a darker color for the outer border.

    I would make a friendship braid out of all the colours with a narrow, solid edge around the quilt beforebyou attach the border

    I think the quilt needs a colored border first, then a white, followed by yet another colored border. The third border could be a print with all/some of the colors in your quilt. I definitely think a colored border next to the quilt would be better than putting white next to it.

    Are any of the colors in the pieced top your favorite? If so, put that on for a border and then I'd say to piece strips of all the fabrics together for the binding. Or white for a border and then the pieced binding.

    I would do a framer first of a bold color. then the white border.and if you do white border do the binding colorful.. sew strips of all your fabrics randomly.
