What a difference some color makes! These are my customers quilts and they are both the same pattern. In the black and red she tipped the blocks so they were not straight and in the borders she turned the blocks one way for one quilt and the other way for the floral quilt. I quilted stars on the black and red and flowers in the floral.
Thank you for taking a look.
    Rose

Same block as above with the flowers quilted on it.

I really like them both. At dif times I would pick one over the other, but it would depend on my frame of mind at the time. Love them both.

I like both of them. Tipping the blocks on the black and red one really gives it a different look. Really do like that star block. Wonder what the name of that block is...can anyone tell me? Good job to both the piecer and the quilter!

I love the tipped blocks. I'm just finishing one with tipped blocks. They make the quilt fun.
