It is called Arabesque by SugZipkin for Clothworks.
I think it looks like folk art.

I think I'd like it better if the background wasn't white.
I'm just not a white fabric person. Or clothes for that matter.

Hah! I knew it! Sue Zipkin came out with 'Hungarian Blue' - as well, I was going to say this reminded me very much of that set and of the patterns used in Hungarian Kalocsa embroidery! I love it, but then I'm 1/2 Hungarian... ;-)
