I'm going with those that say first the pink and the use the green as the out border. What are you going to use as a binding?
My Granddaughter would like it! I made her a pink and green (and other pastel color) pinwheels quilt for her also! Those are her favorite colors.

You did a great job!

I like the pink & green. I would also put a narrow plain white border first or at least in between the pink & green.

I like your idea of the 2" green and 4" pink. Makes me think of cotton candy. Great for a little girl!

Hmm, I think the bright pink takes my eye away from those beautiful pinwheels and would put it closer in, otherwise it might overwhelm the quilt.
