I had that problem too. Just drafted my Grandkids to help sort. We made a day of it.. Having fun, and the job got done.... For a little while anyways...lol.

Oh, no. YOU are the only one of us who gets these bright ideas (tee hee). I'm having one right now. I need to be packing for a trip and here I am looking at the pictures on the website and talking with all of you. Hmmmmm... Guess I'll go eat some chocolate--best idea so far.

I try to tackle the scrap drawer alittle at a time. Otherwise I just get overwhelmed!

Absolutely - I would have put it all back into a plastic tub or something for another day and concentrate on ironing that freshly washed stuff. Actually, it will take a day or two with a pair of scissors just to separate them enough to work with. (Ask me how I know...)

I did once. I got new containers that had drawers, so I went through them and sorted by size and color.

Thanks for all the responses, My baby girl on the couch was totally discusted with me, she doesn't like comotion lol.
To those who asked why I washed the scraps, I only washed the ones in the big white bag cause they smelled bad, they were an auction I won on ebay for 99 cents! ( Like I needed more ) it is an illness sometimes I'm afraid....LOL
