So one day last year I went to a quilt shop to check out the material, and I found this pattern, and said I want to make this for my mom! I just got it done I think she is going to be pleased with her christmas gift. I wanted to share my inspiration with you all!!!

    Cheers

Good for you to not only have it, but to have it done. Be sure to save a picture for yourself.

gorgeous - I've seen the same pattern and want to do it for my daughter who love horses - how hard/easy was it? did you use raw edge applique?

I'm not sure what raw edge is. I did a mixer of top stitch and satin stitch. For the applique I use a fussiable web. The hardest part for me was picking out the colors, What I did was focused on one horse for the colors, it made it alot easier. And you do it slow and dont rush!!! Fusing it together was a pain, I did one horse at a time. But I enjoyed doing this.

Really pretty quilt Charla. My daughter picked the pic with lots of horses in it. Yours turned out real nice. Mine is still waiting to be done!
