My daughter and I found a quilt pattern for Easter and we both fell in love with it. I made it first and then she did. Quite a difference in what we both came up with. I do not even know which one I like the most. One is soft with spring colors; they other has bright colors.

Wow!! They do seem different. Maybe it' the lighting on the first quilt, but I actually like the second one.

Both are beautiful. I think it's fun that you came up with such neat color choices. (That's one reason I don't buy quilt kits...I know it's easy, but you end up with a quilt like everyone else who bought the kit!

Both quilts are awesome, however, I like you quilt better because the background is lighter making the items show up better.

Funny, I really like them both, dispite the fact that they both "feel" different. I always think your taste its defined by the things that draw you. Guess this just means I'm complex?

Wow, I keep getting duplicate posts on here. Guess I'm subconsciously afraid of loosing my "regular here" status. Lol

My daughter's quilt is hanging on a yellow wall, so it does look darker than mine. Mine is hanging on a white way. We should have taken pictures on the same wall to see the true difference.

I love them! I tend to gravitate more towards the bright colors just like your DD.

Very nice on both! Different fabrics give the same pattern a completely different feel!

I like the way you fussy cut the flowers for your little blocks. And I like the mottled chocolate color for your bunny. Your daughter's color choices are great, too. I like them both! What pattern was this, if you don't mind sharing?

First I thought I liked DD's better. Then I thought I liked yours better. They are both beautiful, so different but both wonderful.

Love the mitered border on yours. Thank you for sharing.
