I would go insane if my sewing room got messy as the two posted.......LOL

How do you find anything, and how do you keep the big and little mitts out of it? I go bonkers if I spy the cat lounging on my fabrics..LOL

it's not so much that mine is messy; everything is very organized - it's that the room is so overcrowded I can hardly move around.

Oh I don't think mine is very much better at the moment. Stacks of fabrics for my quilts that I want to work on besides the 7 finished quilt tops that should be sandwiched and completed, Christmas project bins out and stacked in the room, too. Heaven forbid that I should take any more plastic bins out of my storage shed to find more fabrics to pull out for more projects!!! It's that time of the year!!!

The rooms are great sewing rooms but how do you sew when it's so jumbled? LOL If I don't straighten my sewing room at the end of a sewing day I do it before I start sewing again. My sewing room is the only room that gets so messy so fast. I can only imagine if I didn't do a clean up each day.

To pocoellie: Are you sure it is the sewing room. I looked 3 times and couldn't see a sewing machine. I imagine you had to move it to another space to work. Been there, done that.-- but now I have a new/larger space and it is better organized.
