I have had this happen too (many times).

I try to remember that the Amish always purposely put an error somewhere in the quilt to show humility and that the only perfect thing is God.

Your piece is so lovely and of course it's supposed to be that way (!!!)

I actually had to go back and look several times before I saw, a perfect place for a bow. I would have never ever had seen this if you had not mentioned it. Just make a fabric bow, put it right there and even you won't know there is a slight boo boo.

By the way. it is georgous. I love paper piece.

The Amish believe in putting a mistake in every quilt. Noone is perfect. The quilt is lovely

Your quilt is beautiful, I had the same thing happen to me except that I had just finished piecing the top and it was a baby size quilt and I asked my husband if everything looked right and he said, do you want the truth and I said yes, and he pointed out that the squares surrounding the center, one had the points going in the wrong direction! Glad I asked him before I quilted it!!! Yours is hardly noticiable unless you say something. So......don't.

I would not have noticed it if you hadn't pointed it out. It is very pretty. So, it was meant to be that way.

Looks as if you did that on purpose. Just don't tell anyone it is a mistake.
