Misfit blocks certainly fit in wonderfully in your quilt. I think it's lovely!

It looks wonderful and the great fabric you used to make it.

This is exactly what I think of when I think "quilt". It is beautiful. Thank you for sharing.

Duh! I should have recognized it! Haven't looked at one for awhile.....googled it and there are a lot of variations of it but I think I like the one you did best. I LOVE the quilting motif you used on each block and tho you prob have a LA, it looks like one I could follow with a walking foot! I was able to save that pic large enough to be able to get a pattern off it. I can do HST's but haven't tried the quarter squares yet. I'm 81 and wish I'd saved fabric and scraps from years of sewing...clothes....too much moving around and no idea that someday I'd learn to quilt! And thanks for giving us the details of the block sizes etc.!

A P.S. My homemaker was here today and we were sorting stuff in my sewing room. When she saw the box of scraps I've saved, she asked what I would do with them so I tried to describe a strip block! And there are also snippets pics and more! Such fun!

Beautiful quilt - thanks for sharing. I'll wish for some of your moisture but maybe not that much

That is a lovely variation of fabric and use of the Ohio Star pattern. Makes me want to cuddle up and get warm under it.

A beautiful, cozy quilt. Whenever you snuggle under Winter Peace, you will remember the Blizzards of 2015. Well done Jenn.
