you're right! it does look like that wonderful licorice, so festive! And, the pink is going to be the background? Looks like you have totally nailed down the concept.

You are doing a wonderful job! It's nice to see the pictures of a work in progress. That way a person can see how much work really goes into each piece!

The other name for this is the Lone Star - - there are a ton of patterns online under either name. It is an oldy, but goody! <wave>

Not my colors but it is beautiful nonetheless.
There is a foundation version. You can try that.
