Wonderful hubby bought me a Go few years back. And to date Ive got almost all the dies.. So over the years Ive used the Go to cut up my leftover scraps with whatever die fits the leftover scrap size. I have from 6in tumblers to 2in sqs.. Some are just getting to big for thier britches (drawers) and need to be made into something..
Believe it or not, I even save even the smallest of scraps (Yes, I have a UFO crumbs quilt -that needs to be finished soon hopefully)..
Well anyway my 3'in bin was getting full so this is my WIP..

This is what Ive gotten done so far..
Ive noticed quite a bit of stretching since it was cut & sewn on the bias . As you can see no starch/ironing was done here.. Whoops.. so heavy starching would be recommended for next time..
You see some 'ugly' fabric used.. Hopefully they will get lost in the quilt and meld well with the others not-so-ugly ones....

I love scrappy quilts of any kind.. I absolutely love to play with scraps.. There is just no 'wrong' way to put them together..

Dummy me, I looked at one picture and thought you were working on placemats...was actually placements. Gave me idea for some of my little pieces. New project in the works! Do post your completed projects.
