I understand about the withdrawal symptoms. We are in the process of moving and can hardly wait to get settled in...I will actually have a room to myself for sewing instead of on the kitchen table!

    Your little quilts are adorable!

Your mini is wonderful. You did great work.
I have a question about the good light photo, did you use the ott light instead of the flash on your camera? Amazing how light can change colors isn't it?

Yes it really is amazing how the Ott changes the colors. I used the Ott and the flash on the third one. On the first one it was the dining room incandesant and the flash. I used the same light on the pic that was full sized and the colors are better then the close up without the Ott. Weird. I have sent the pattern to a few people already. I am happy to send it to anyone else who might want it.

Thank you for your generous offer. I would love the pattern, also. I recently purchased the paper at my LQS and have been reading directions for paper piecing, but have not tried it yet.

Love the quilt. Have you ever used the Square in a Square Ruler?

I hope you don't mind all the requests for your pattern. I had a great time with it. It really is fun everyone! And it puts a little dent in the scrap basket! Thanks again! :D

No I don't mind at all. It is really fun to have others want to try the pattern that I made.

I lovet that pattern-and pp must make it much easier than if you pieced it by hand or with templates. Where did you find the pattern?

I saw a quilt made with that pattern and i liked it and went into Power point and created it for myself.

Quiltgirl I created the pattern in two sizes. The one I used is the smaller of the two. Give it a shot. What is the worst thing that can happen? Even if it doesn't turn out too terribly well, we usually learn more from our failures then our successes. It's all good.

Thanks for reminding me. I have the machine tilter too and I think it is hiding under my stash. I love it!
I have one of those too, but I need to file down the acrilic insert in my sewing table to use it and I havn't got around to that yet. How do I file down the insert?

If you are familiar with PP then this one is a good mini to try, but if this would be your first PP then I would say get another pattern to try first. I don't find the size the challange but the angles.

Oh gosh...I missed this thread somehow....I can seel that you are beside yourself with withdrawal symptoms!!!! Even the geese got beside themselves!!!  I love it and I'm amazed at how small it is! I wish I had power point to get the pattern. Sure hope your space is ready soon so you don't have to torture yourself with any more of these little beauties
