    I also have this in a full-size quilt in blues/lavenders. My mom bought the kit and started on it in the 1970's. I inherited all her UFOs and finally finished it a few years ago. I tried to hand quilt it myself and I need to re-do some of that because I didn't know what I was doing. It took us some 30 years to finish it and it is a treasure to me. I still have the directions that are now tattered and yellowed from age, but love that paper almost as much as I love the quilt. I'd say "priceless". Thanks for the memory jog.

    Love the quilt and yes take it out of the plastic and get it appraised ...as for your priceless photo of hubby and dog....submit to quilting mags for others to enjoy!!!

    do not keep it in plastic. Use acid free something or use a cotton fabric in which to store it.

    No clue about the worth of the quilt. However, the photo of hubby and Toby is priceless!!! :thumbup:
