What a wonderful keepsake!! You both did a great job and sew deserving of the blue ribbon :D What a feeling of accomplishment you must have felt when you finished it and then to receive a blue ribbon.

Oh My!! How nice! And Congrats on the Blue Ribbon. your son is quite the artist to draw those figures! Your applique work is fantastic. And the pieced blocks are creative also. Love it!

That was so worth the time to make - even without winning the ribbon - the ribbon is just gravy ya know? That quilt is awesome and you just made someone a family treasure!
